Appointments are scheduled during regular office hours, which are from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday - Friday. Our practice utilizes a centralized scheduling system, which we created for the convenience of our patients to access one telephone number for all locations. A physician on our team is on-call 7 days a week, 24-hours a day to handle any urgent crisis that may arise.
All routine prescriptions are refilled during office hours only. Please allow 48-72 hours to call in your refills or prescription requests. After this time, you may check with your pharmacist to see if your prescription is ready. Any calls received after 3:00PM will not be processed until the next working day unless deemed urgent by our medical staff. If your request is denied, we will attempt to call you.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not fill ANY controlled substances after hours or on weekends,and we do not accept refill requests from pharmacies.
